Mortgage & Remortgage Telephone Advice Service We provide a nationwide telephone remortgage service. We offer the highest level of service and advice geared towards your individual needs. Our aim is to make your mortgage work better for you and we can organise and arrange this over the telephone allowing you to get on with the more interesting things in life. We aim to provide a fast remortgage service.
How it works:
STEP 1
Complete the Contact Us form and indicate when you wish for a qualified mortgage adviser to call at a time that suits you.
STEP 2
A friendly adviser will call and discuss your options. We will carry out a comprehensive review at this stage in order that we can recommend the correct and most appropriate solution. We will then email or post you a Key Facts Illustration detailing the features of the recommended mortgage.
STEP 3
When you are happy with our recommendation and are happy to proceed we will contact the appropriate lender and obtain an agreement for you. We will then forward you details of the application and a list of supporting documentation that the lender has requested. We will provide you with a pre-paid Special Delivery pack to ensure your documents are secure.
STEP 4
We shall then liaise with the lender and oversee the processing of the mortgage. At this stage when all the requirements have been met a mortgage offer can be issued.
STEP 5
Throughout the process we shall keep you updated on progress. We can also review your insurance and protection requirements to ensure you have adequate and relevant cover.
